Trulia's Real Estate Blog

My old friend Jed Kolko has put together a very interesting real estate blog over at Trulia.   For those of you who like data and "Moneyball", I see a real estate website that is well worth looking at as it explores many zany data trends such as how the price of a home for sale varies as a function of whether the agent is  a man or a woman.   Freakonomics meets real estate is a promising niche!

Trulia is a site I visit on a regular basis. I do like the stats and also enjoy the various blogs. It's a great site where real estate pros can share.

Trulia is a great site and I use it often. I find that they have the most pictures of property listings which is helpful to the buyer who does not have access to the MLS. Will check out the blog.
