What did you want to be when you were growing up? I wanted to be a writer. I was the co editor-in-chief of my high school newspaper and loved investigative journalism. Non-fiction is my jam but I'm learning to appreciate fiction. Favorite recent reads: Notorious RBG, The Sun Does Shine.

ANDERSON AS A STUDENT
Favorite class and why? Entertainment Business Models with Harry Sloan - the guest speakers were incredible and working through the cases taught me to look at media business problems in an entirely different way than I was used to coming from a finance background.
Best Anderson memory: Too many to choose one! A few highlights: pre-orientation trip with classmates to Yosemite (2011), C4C Weekend (2012), and the Alumni Golf Tournament (2015).

ANDERSON AS STAFF
Why Parker? I felt the Anderson spirit of giving back the first day of Orientation after meeting my section leaders (whattup, Section D!). These 2nd years had cut short their summer vacations to prepare the incoming class, often pulling all-nighters to get everything done and deliver us the best possible experience on campus. My entire time at Anderson felt like a process of paying it forward, and I couldn’t stay away for even two years after graduation before coming back to join Parker as an advisor in 2014. I am grateful for leaders like David Cooley, Regina Regazzi, and Rob Weiler who inspired me to give back to the school that gave me so much.
In what do I specialize at Parker? I focus on the Education vertical in Parker and the curriculum, lectures, and deliverables that support the summer and fall Parker Series. I also advise students who are interested in Social Impact and Entrepreneurship, as well as those interested in the Corporate Finance function across various industries. As the Parker Liaison for the Women's Business Connection (WBC), I partner with the club on special programming events and also focus on Anderson's partnership with the Forte Foundation.
What can you come to me for? In addition to Parker Series questions, I especially love conducting mock interviews and group interview workshops. Come see me if you want to practice tough questions in a supportive environment (I'm not mean, I promise!). In fact, I've kept a list of tough questions I've been asked over the years and love brainstorming how to tackle them with students. I'm very interested in how storytelling influences interview outcomes and look forward to working with the Class of 2022 on their stories.
