PRE-ANDERSON
What did you want to be when you were growing up? I wanted to be a Veterinarian.
Why Anderson? I chose Anderson because of it's academic prestige and location (so I could continue to pursue voice over).

ANDERSON
Anderson Activities & Leadership:
Parker TA
EVP, Entertainment Management Association
VP of IPT, Andertech
Favorite class and why? Entrepreneurship Venture Initiation with Professor Alderton. One of the main reasons I came to Anderson was because I sat in on a class with Professor Alderton. He's scary enough to make you pay attention, but I've never had a professor that cared more about my education or motivated me to learn as much as he has.
What is your Applied Management Research (AMR) Project? I will be doing a BCO project.
Favorite Anderson event/trip: The Anderson Japan Trip- It got me out of my comfort zone. I was also able to really connect with my Anderson peers with whom I hadn't had much interaction.

RECRUITING
What did you do the summer before business school? I applied to voice-over agencies in LA and met with co-workers and friends who knew I was leaving.
How did you figure out what industry/function you wanted to pursue? I did informationals with every person possible during summer and fall.
What helped you the most in interview prep/career search? Running my interview questions over and over again in person with peers. Also, creating a customized word doc on each company I interviewed with containing company information, prior interview questions asked, and how I would answer them.
How did you utilize Parker in your job search? Parker was critical in helping me make my decisions on where to interview and when to accept my offer. The career services website was also invaluable for interview research and prep.
What was your offer timeline? When did you apply? When did you receive your offer for your summer internship/FT job? I applied to Amazon in late fall, interviewed over the first 3 weeks of winter and got an off at the end of February, and accepted my offer mid February.
