A UCLA Anderson team of four first-year students—Neil Doshi, Reisa Bloch, Jack Agresta and Patrick Devitt—took first place in the UNC Real Estate Development Challenge in Chapel Hill, N.C. The team won the $10,000 prize, beating out Columbia, NYU and Darden in the finals.
The event is a case competition hosted by the Leonard W Wood Center for Real Estate Studies at Kenan-Flagler Business School. An invitation-only event, the Challenge convenes 16 teams from top MBA programs in the United States and Europe compete.
