The NY Times reports that the 2012 elections will change the composition of the 53 California members of the House of Representatives. There will be more Democrats and this group will have less experience and thus have less important Committee assignments. The article hints that California will be paying more in taxes than it receives in "pork". This is bad news for California universities and businesses that rely on the Federal Government for Keynesian Demand.
